I value your privacy just as much as I value my own. In this day and age everywhere you go they are always trying to get as much information from you as they can it seems. Places you wouldn't suspect like the grocery, and the people you trust the most, like your bank, are the worst offenders. My privacy statement is simple, straightforward and respectful. They all should be. Please read it carefully, print a copy and take it to your bank, or your ISP or whoever and demand that theirs should be more like mine:

What I collect:

• The information you give me when you fill out the form on my contact page. All fields are optional, but if you want a reply from me you have to give me a way contacting you . . .
• Your IP address - this is not uniquely tied to your identity in any way by me without a subpoena, I just have to have a unique identifier so I can tell how many hits on what pages I'm getting. I don't even store these.
• What type of browser you are using, your screen size and what operating system you are using.

What I do with this information:

• I contact you if you request it.
• I count the number of visitors to my site.
• I make statistics to see what browsers, screen sizes and operating systems I need to optimize my web site for.
• I prosecute people who steal images.
• I place a session cookie (expires when you close your browser), so that the drop in box on the gallery Main page will only drop-in once per session.

Who I share this information with:

• No one!
• If I am served with a court order demanding this information I will comply, but I will also tell you, if I can, even if it means jail time for me.
