This beach photo of a very low tide was taken at Fred Howard Park's Beach in Tarpon Springs north of St Petersburg, Florida. There is extensive grass flats area here which can make for great snorkeling as tere is lots of things to see hiding in the grass and the water isn't deep hardly at all. Even at high tide.
