Most of the seagulls in this photo are Laughing Gulls. Laughing Gulls are easily identified by their completely black head for most if the year. They are very common in Florida and fairly aggressive as well. They will take your sandwich if you turn your back on it.
This photo was taken my one of my older digital cameras, a Fuji FinePix e550 at sunset on Indian Rocks Beach in St. Petersburg Fl. I know that you can't really see any details of the seagulls in flight because my camera shutter stayed open a long time because of the low light. But I thought it made a nice photo with unusual colors, what do you think? |
