This is a photo of a Royal Tern. The Royal Tern is a quite common bird here in Florida. Royal Terns are mostly found on the Beaches roosting in groups or flying about. They are bit more sophisticated than seagulls. This particular Royal Tern photo was taken at Sunset with my latest camera a Fuji Fine Pix s5100 at Indian Rocks beach in St. Petersburg Florida.
